Surf Slides were developed in Newport, RI, by their founder, Marty Grimes. Born as a genesis of a lifetime of surfing and snowboarding, the surf slides offer a way to gain the ‘stoke’ of board riding in a controlled environment on an every day basis – the dream of every slope or wave rider! Best yet is the economic opportunities that resorts gain from utilizing their facilities on a year-long basis, while keeping existing customers for a longer period of time, and expanding the action sport offerings for families.
